1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment
- We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a specified order value — check the Site for current offers
- Bulk or wholesale orders may have custom shipping rates — contact us for details
4. Shipping Partners
We ship via reputed courier partners including (but not limited to):
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- BlueDart
- India Post
The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery pincode and product type.
5. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to 24,000+ pincodes across India. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your pincode at checkout or contact us directly.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website or via the “Track My Order” section on our Site.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain pesticide and chemical products may be subject to state-specific transportation restrictions under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and related rules. In such cases:
- We will contact you before dispatch
- We will offer a suitable alternative product or a full refund
- Some products may not be deliverable to certain states or union territories due to regulatory restrictions
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit:
- Contact us at hr@agrofordchemicalindia.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Share your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging/product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification with the courier partner
9. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-dispatch charges may apply in such cases.
