At Agro Ford Chemical India Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering quality crop protection products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before raising a request.
1. Eligibility for Return
A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product or wrong quantity was delivered
- The product packaging is tampered, leaking, or seal is broken at the time of delivery
- The product is expired or past its shelf life at the time of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective)
- Return request is raised after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Product was damaged due to improper storage or mishandling after delivery
- Change of mind or incorrect product selected by the customer
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers (unless defective)
3. How to Raise a Return Request
- Email us at hr@agrofordchemicalindia.com with your Order Number
- Attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the issue
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup of the product at no extra cost to you
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility:
- If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days after return receipt
- For UPI and net banking: refunds are processed to the same account
- For credit/debit card payments: refunds may take 5–7 additional working days depending on your bank
5. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted in cases where:
- Only part of the order was damaged or incorrect
- The product is returned in a condition different from what was reported
6. Replacement Instead of Refund
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will dispatch the correct or undamaged product within 3–5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please use the return process instead

8. Regulatory Note
As our products are regulated under the Insecticides Act, 1968, all returns and refunds are subject to compliance with applicable chemical transportation and disposal regulations in India.
